MOVING TO B.C

I'm moving to B.C in a few months... Problem is, I don't know what city to move to. Any ideas and comments would help alot. The only thing I care about is being within 20 minutes walk or so of a Hudsons Bay store so my girlfriend can have a job when we get there.

my guess is that you should be looking at Vancouver and Victoria.. both nice cities.. Victoria a bit more quaint and small (quite european imo).. and then Vancouver is the bigger city and all that..
i dont really know, ive only visited BC once, but i liked both cities.

move to burnaby by metrotown or stay in downtown..
there are bays there.
burnaby is cheaper place with skytrain to get anywhere.
downtown is closer to everything little more expansive.
dont move out to surrey or richmond.. surrey is a ghetto and richmond is too damn far if you dont have a car.
north vancouver is nice but not sure if there is bay there.
