move to burnaby by metrotown or stay in downtown..
there are bays there.
burnaby is cheaper place with skytrain to get anywhere.
downtown is closer to everything little more expansive.
dont move out to surrey or richmond.. surrey is a ghetto and richmond is too damn far if you dont have a car.
north vancouver is nice but not sure if there is bay there.
