what percentage do you spend on the following of a project?

3. implementation
4. testing

I wish there was as much design time as implementation, but if you consider everyone on the project's time and not just the creative lead or sole freelancer, then implementation gets the highest percentage.

at software engineering school me go to - collecting the requirements and testing are the most important things - i really find it hard that u use 20% for both them areas
i aint no angel myself im a 20%,50%,20%,10% which is stupid
