No, Vodafone is the worst! (and their call centre is in the UK).
Spent around 10 hours of last week on the phone to them, with them telling me I'd stolen my own new phone?!? They finally admitted they still had it and sent it out to me. Dumb fucks.

a few years back I ordered a dell on my girlfirends mums computer... the connection went down... so coz I pressed the ok button again after it had done nothing and the connection had reset, they ordered two for me... clever! thing is I never received either, and this was over one christmas so I ended up skint all over the holidays...
the worst thing is that it was some bloody irish call centre, which only played David Grey album... and when they would call you up at work they'd say is that Mr Stone... I'd say yes, and they'd put me on hold... fuckers!

I will give the T-mobile the worst ever vote also... IBM is the worst computer customer service...
In order for them to answer a question you have to give them the serial number off the computer AND the motherboard and they put you on hold for days... have you ever tried to download a driver from IBM's website?

actually UK TV licensing has the worst service.... they are threatening fines now, and... I have a TV licence.

the worst customer support eh?try this one. My previous hosting company, who are still doing business. I have called them and they donw answer. But check out the support ticket I have on their site

I think they should be made to refund you at a certain rate per minute on that.... same as I think you should get a refund per minute when the trains run late...making them guarantee a service level. it's all possible now with smart ticketing...

i have good experiences with Dell's customer service, though, everyone ive talked to HAS been indian. the only problem is i have to ask them five times at least what they said.
gets the job done though. cant complain about that.

Anyone who has been working with apple most of their beloved career has come to understand that as much as we will complain about various aspects of the company, most of us have become devout users. imagine having a Ferrari V12 engine and god forbid a piston blows. How long do you think it'll take to get a bloody part? By the time you get that part the last thing your going to care about is joe who's part you happen to be using.
Really now, do you believe Steve gives a ƒå© about your little ibook.
It's your dealers bloody problem, and you should rack 'em for some sweet shwag.

Apple is also rated #1 in customer service by consumer reports. Three years in a row no less. I've had great service from them and no other computer make offers something like the genius bar which is in most cases FREE tech support.
