Reduce mpeg file size

Hi there, i have mpeg file which is about 9mb, whats the smallest size that i can go without effecting the quality of the movie. Its captured from a normal viewcam and would appreciate it if anyone can let me know what are the programs which i need to bring down the file size of this movie. Thanks in advance guys.

well there are various ways. making the dimensions smaller reduces size as well as reducing the framerate. also reducing the colours (thousands instead of millions) and using a proper encoding / compression method like for instance sorenson will reduce it as well. all in all it will affect the quality so you have to tweak with it to find a perfect balance between quality, size, colours and framerate. i don't know if you have mediacleaner but that's a really good app to use. there's also a new format .mp4 which compresses really well without relatively losing too much quality.

you could just edit out the foreplay and all that shit, just leave in the facials and the beastiality.
