if you have a needle gun set-up, you can practice on fruit (i heard mango's work well).
just because there is a science behind it, you have to get to a certain layer of skin so that the tattoo lasts and looks it's best.

Leah, you have some good skills, but you still need to practice a lot on your b/w drawings, check some tattoo magazines and start now doing the things people like tattooed..- those tattoo things..
