man, 4 years ago i was almost broke on my arse and decided instead of paying 800+ a month on an apt i'd buy a house instead. 4 years later i'm selling and all my money troubles (what little is left of them) are soon to be LONG gone.
if you can afford rent trust me you can buy a place. you'll thank youself in the end once you do.

I know how you feel...all of my last paycheck whent to pay the negative on my account...and the reason it was negative on my account is that the checkprotection i have is maxed out...Spent all of saturday to make a new budget and figure out what the problem is...the rest of the year is going to be difficult.

damn spix, that's much worse than my situation.

Thats good Joe. Yeah...I'm in it pretty deep...had to sell my wifes car the other days so we could by some food and stuff...but as long as we stick to our new budget we should make it...
