I like it when they want the logo bigger, yet all you have been given is a low res image that's like an inch wide.

Yeah and that 1" wide logo is scanned off a brochure. And the person who did it is out of the business/dead/unable to send a hi-res file. Then the client is like, "the logo looks bad."
