First, you punch him in the face, making his nose bleed. With a strong and assertive tone in your voice you should say "He started it!". The guy with probably reply by saying in his profoundly annoying voice "He is crazy. He just puched me for no obvious reason!". To that you should reply by asking "Do you see what I'm talking about?".
