First, you punch him in the face, making his nose bleed. While he is crying, covering his bleeding nose with his hands, it is likely that there will be absolute silence in the office and everybody will be staring at you. With a strong and assertive tone in your voice you should say "He started it!". The guy with probably reply by saying in his profoundly annoying voice "He is crazy. He just puched me for no obvious reason!". To that you should reply by asking "Do you see what I'm talking about?".
