I don't know how much you enjoy yourself when you go out kona, but a glass of water and a multivitamin won't put a dent in one of my hangovers.

i keep a big bottle of gatorade by the bed on my heavy nights. it was actually recommended by a docor, no lie.

the trick is to intersperse your alcohol with water, though admiteddly that never happens. The quicker your blood-alcohol levels rise the heavier the hangover, this is also the primary cause for black outs.

just one point. The idea that if you drink a lot of water is rubish.
If I'm out on the piss get home and drink a lot of water I wake up a few hours later still pissed with a fucking urgent need to piss. this is generally followed with a lengthy period laying awake half pissed with my head spinning not being able to get back to sleep.
Well anoying.Also increases the risk of stumpling out of my girlfriends bedroom bleary eyed and with a semi, and meeting her mum on the landing.
