just one point. The idea that if you drink a lot of water is rubish.
If I'm out on the piss get home and drink a lot of water I wake up a few hours later still pissed with a fucking urgent need to piss. this is generally followed with a lengthy period laying awake half pissed with my head spinning not being able to get back to sleep.
Well anoying.Also increases the risk of stumpling out of my girlfriends bedroom bleary eyed and with a semi, and meeting her mum on the landing.
Not ideal as you can imagine
