I think it's alright. Some of you guys who work B2C haven't even considered that there is money to be made in B2B. There are websites out there for manufacturers of all sorts of different products from doors to central heating boilers to plasterboard and breeze blocks.
Local authorities, housing associations and housing developers NEED sites like this so that they can find out what's available and compare products with competitors ones. The fact that the site is Flash based just goes to prove what an excellent salesperson this agency has, I hope you were paid handsomly.
