in the ppl section i'm quickly bored by the animation of the 2 images.
btw, these are stock images??

Wink Media used to look quite a bit like your site, once upon a time. They redid it some, but their site still looks a bit like yours.

still the animation is boringly short.

its probably perfect for your current clients, its all quite 'nice' but if I'm brutal I find it long winded and dull, kind of like an annual report.
I prefer concise, witty, creative and straight into the work. but thats just me.

"I can see a lot of time and energy has been put in the making of this site. A thing that I could think you could improve, on the top of my head, is the readability. White background with light shades of gray for type might make it difficult to read for some people. Unless of course they are designers reading newstoday. Also, some fonts, as the ones in the our people sections, are put on a dark image and shows of as too blurry, at least in my humble opinion. So does "client login" and other names too.
