"I can see a lot of time and energy has been put in the making of this site. A thing that I could think you could improve, on the top of my head, is the readability. White background with light shades of gray for type might make it difficult to read for some people. Unless of course they are designers reading newstoday. Also, some fonts, as the ones in the our people sections, are put on a dark image and shows of as too blurry, at least in my humble opinion. So does "client login" and other names too.
With all the energy you have put in you have come quite far. Now you need that little extra spark to put the final pieces togheter for a great site."< / sandwhich style critic>
