ok here's my situation...
I purchased nextel's newest phones last month, and signed up my girldfriend to their service (about 700$). In the past few weeks they have lowered the prices on the phone that i bought and also introduced a newer phone...for about 50 bucks les than what i paid for their now old model...do i have a chance at getting something back from them if i state my case to a supervisor or something?
your thought please.
thanks boys...and girls...

Honestly you maybe SOL unless you can convince the salesman to change his discretion on how you purchased the phone not too long ago and would want to get something back, possibly a rebate. Worth a shot, but good luck let me know how it turns out. I have been hearing rumors of the i930 perhaps being bluetooth, which would be nice seeing as nextel is considered a business cell phone.

damnit, heh nac they just released the i830?! now there will be a i930?
i have a silver clunky new i730 now after the i830 comes in with it's sleek, chrome looks...
i'm going to talk to a supervisor today, i'm taking it to the top...
bastards!

i doubt it. phone companies do whatever they can to screw you over. i tried to get a new phone with t-mobile because my battery just stopped charging. they wouldn't even send me a new one unless i signed a new contract with them! I was with them for 4+ years and was like "fuckin' peace out bitches"
who know though? give it a try. can't hurt.

ya a friend of mine just picked up the new i830, its pretty nice, its kind of akward though that the SIM card from the old phones aren't compatible with it however.
The i930 I think is perhaps due out the end of August? We will see, nextel is a little screwy but from personal experiences I have seen much worse.
Let me know how it goes, and power to you if you can get some of your bloody money back from high-gas-price-wannabe-cell phone companies.

I think I have seen photos such as this looking like it as an example. It looks like a Korean version of T-mobiles phone however. Time will tell.
