man I just got a summons for trespassing - skating the old abandoned pool downtown. Despite there being no fences and no trespass signs...this is fucked...fascist fucking cops...argh

when I was growing up near Boulder, the po-po's out there busted our highschool drinking party- There were only 10 of us and we were inside! I don't even know how they found us- we weren't making noise. They raided the backyard and the house and gave us all breathalizers just for being drunk. we all got alcohol tickets and had to go to diversion classes.
They are such pussies out here. they don't have shit to do. that sthe only problem with denver/ Boulder.

sorry to say, but you should be mad at the people who called the cops on you, not the cops. If more than 1 car showed up, that means someone called them. Also, I don't have any no trespassing signs or fences on my yard, but I'd call the cops if a bunch of people showed up and started hanging out there. Just my 2 cents

This place is an abandoned old, condemned hotel - nobody living there - nothing to see or do - out of harms way etc...
The guy that called was there - this little weasel of a man who apparently gets paid by the owner to caretake or something....\
I jsut spoke to my immigration lawyer and she said is gonna put me in touch with a criminal lawyer to get this bullshit thrown out. When I told her there were no signs or fences that we had to jump over or crawl under she said that we couldn't get cited and that this would be easy to get thrown out.
And purely for the principle, I don't mind paying $1,500 to get that done.
I really don;t need this shit.
