hmmm, maybe you're right. the font i sent is not quite what you're looking for... i never realised that the NN font was so similar to futura bold...
maybe some tampering around some freebie was involved. it's not slab geometric for sure, but the feeling is similar

first i must say to this that i had to use futura bold and regular 4 yrs as the ci font. and i am not a big fan of constructed grotesque fonts (except the experiments from herbert bayer http://www.type.nu/bayer/univer.… )
i don't like the forms of the letters. the normal cut is too wide and hurts my eyes when i read it too long. the bold characters are too heavy and crush the light or regulars. best way to use a futura is for headline or versal.
though, i must say that i use the condensed font quite often. but i would allways prefer eurostile or avenir to them,
