I know a guy who's boss came up to him and said 'try and get into the head of a 19 year old girl' and he said I would prefer to 'get into her pants' and he got fired.

We sell an online service where people can go online and make their own websites and brochures online. The boss says "Our users are stupid. We need to make it easier to get to the buy now button and make it look more like a shiny candy." and I think to myself... if our users are so f-ing stupid and can't navigate a website, what makes you think that they'll understand how to build one??
