Well.. I am still in Poland. Plenty of people planned to emigrate, a lot of them are already there. Others have just stopped to talk about it. It's "you wanted to go? now you can, stop blathering about it, just go". Some are waiting for the feedback from the first wave.
We can only move to Ireland, UK and Sweden for the first two years.
Not sure about designers, but I think there is a big chance for programmers to work for EU clients from here. There are a lot of good code wizards in Poland.
