yo! it's good, but I'd have to spend at least 3 minutes in front of it to find any information.
- stewart0
and that is not the defenition of a 'good' poster, isn't it r_gaberz ?

rules rules rules...
i like it! is it for sale?
would be nice to use some nice opaque silkscreen colours

take the illegible text of the left hand side next to the head and it's getting there.

it really depends on how it'll be printed, if the colors will come out good and it will draw people's attention. i think that a poster can be a little messy and still be good if it attracts you to come closer and take a second look at it.
i think it's beautiful

a good poster also has to work on poststamp size.
that's what i've heard.

looks good, but you have to get the important information out first.

Yeah it's on sale for $15 bucks, 18x24, 2-color silkscreen and I also like layered stuff, all the info is at the top the stuff inside the poster is just a bonus. When I first designed it I thought maybe my audience would be observant i.e. smart enough to pick the info out of the ads, but then I was like most people want the info right away and look at the pretty pic second, so I put the info on top for those cats and left the info in the ads to challenge those who like to look for stuff like me -best of both worlds, I think it works. Thanks for your opinion and comments.

Thanks, radar I drew that and my partner Sean did design, I did the most recent one solo...well he sketch out how it should be layed-out and I designed.

Philly representa to da fullest. But I actually got the idea from a couple of old fashion books at the big library on the parkway.
