... pr2 - I hearby limit you to only using iMovie for your videos. I don't think you should be able to use any other software as you may end making more money w/the use of more efficient / faster software.
Also, hmmmm... yes! You have to take still photographs from here on out and animate them. You're not allowed used a video camera anymore. I think you should be LIMITED in what you have to work with - as you may have an advantage if you use the technology. I fear your video's may be too good if you're allowed to use this technology - therefor I must limit you and your earning potential.

i wouldn't scream 'victory' so soon.
i think adobe et al have a nice array of lawyers dealing with matter like this on a daily basis.
and there's been plenty cases like this before that never where as succesfull as they seemed at start.
