In comparison to Kwame, Bill has organizational and operational skills that surpass Kwame's.
Bill started a successful business on his own and managed all aspects of it. He knows how to get his hands dirty in pretty much every area of busines that we've seen him involved in, with the exception of negotiation, but that fell more on problems of the team leader for that task.Kwame, though, and it's no slight to him at all, was a stock broker I think. Yes, he worked at a prestigious NYC company on Wall Street, but many, many people do that and couldn't organize their way out of a paper bag. Kwame is good, but his actions have all been based on sudden instinct and guesses as opposed to Bill who made choices based on knowledge of business and his long term skills.

Great ending. Glad Bill won and I had a feeling since the first show that he would win.
I think those of us who religiously watched each episode saw something we'll never see again. It was hands down the best reality show ever and Apprentice 2 will not surpass it. It's cast will have seen this one, and will be just like people on seasons 2+ of Survivor: playing the game based on the mistakes and successes of the first cast.
And what's funny is that I kept telling myself "Isn't this weird that I'm so happy for Bill in a way that I feel like I know him?"
Glad at how it turned out. Now if someone will please lock Omoroso "I'm a princess and better than all of you and I accuse people of being racist" Manigot Stallworth in a box for several decades, I would appreciate it.
