My cash money is on Bill.
In comparison to Kwame, Bill has organizational and operational skills that surpass Kwame's.
Bill started a successful business on his own and managed all aspects of it. He knows how to get his hands dirty in pretty much every area of busines that we've seen him involved in, with the exception of negotiation, but that fell more on problems of the team leader for that task.Kwame, though, and it's no slight to him at all, was a stock broker I think. Yes, he worked at a prestigious NYC company on Wall Street, but many, many people do that and couldn't organize their way out of a paper bag. Kwame is good, but his actions have all been based on sudden instinct and guesses as opposed to Bill who made choices based on knowledge of business and his long term skills.
