How do you access other sites databases like this site does? Anyone have any idea?

I thought about that but then wouldn't every one of those sites have to offer an RSS Feed? I doubt that they all are.
Another reason I'm interested is because autotrader.com accesses inventory from many car dealerships legacy databases. I'm really curious how they do that too.

don't they just show the sites news feed in an iframe?
