For someone who rants on about the importance of usability, useit.com is certainly disappointing.
It's as though he thinks devoid of style=usability. That site is totally absent of any clear, easy to navigate hierarchy.

this guy is actually a genius...not for his usability skills but for his marketing skills, he has conviced people he is the THE usability expert and they pay him huge amounts of cash for his services.
