Didn't see the SNL performance so I can't speak to that...
Although I dis see NERD last summer in an outdoor concert in Denver, CO with the Roots, and that sh** was hype. Pharrel was holdin it down in every way so...

i've been diggin their style since their first album. its really funky shit. it kind of reminds me of prince but with a funky jazzy twist and just the oddest lyrics. its just different which i think thats what makes them interesting. their production however is much better than their performances i guess.

I think they should just stick to the collaborative approached, like they have been doing.

yea you're right versa, he does produce a lot of the crap artists out there...but...i think he makes them sound a lot better than normal
like justin timberlake for example.. the guy is shit..straigh up.. but that dope beat that the neptunes made for him, made that tune bareable.
