BT Broadband/Panther

I desperately need to upgrade to broadband and I've decided on BT Yahoo.
Just before ordering I read that it isn't compatible with Panther (OS 10.3).
Does anyone know how long it will be before it is? or am I best off re-installing 10.2?

It should be fine, I'm running ADSL through a BT line (it's not BT Broadband but it's the same thing under another name) on Panther.
Don't get the modem they offer to supply, use an ADSL router instead to avoid any compatibility issues. I'm using a D-Link DSL 504 if that's any help.

I'm on BT Yahoo-broadband using Panther 10.3, works fine.

Telewest don't support Mac OS X, Airport or basically anything non-PC related. Cants. But I'm running them all fine.

'support' means they just haven't bothered to type up the 3 sheets of paper that make up the entirety of knowledge posessed by your average telephone support worker.

it's fine. the BT voyager usb modem is crap though.

for home networking, it's USB for a start, so running that into your mac, then out via a router is a pain.
and it doesn't always connect 1st -5th time.

I'm using BT broadband and a router on Panther with no problems too...
