I cant recall the famerate at which thy eye percives smooth motion. Can anyone spark my memory?

*shrug*...standard is 25, 27. and 30fps

Broadcast uses 29.97.
Flash is another story. The human eye can't perceive more than 30 fps, but remember that Flash has cross platform performance issues. If you're developing on a Mac make your frame rate 21, 31, 41, etc.

hey Cybrain, what about 28fps? Is that gonna be hurting my Flash on a Mac?

Macromedia claims that authoring in MX 2004 will improve the cross platform issue. If you can bump it to 31, you might be better off, but the best way is to keep testing on a PC.

Well I always use PC, just wondering if the plugin itself has these problems on a Mac.
