not my sort of thing but you might want to re-think the bold black lines around everything.
the other colours are used subtly, yet the black outlines stand out like big, shaved baboon in a tea shoppe

the borders are too heavy, impossible to read at 1600 , there is no hiearchy, imrpove the navigation, and you have no title or no name of the site...

I think you should put your name on there or the title of the site or some kind of 'branding' - it just doesn't grab me you know, there is nothing to become familiar with or care about, it looks a bit cold and the type is too small.
looks ok for that kind of thing I guess.

• the black frames are too much and I dont like the design, but thats just a personal preference. Why not just have the text housed in a simple box??? Maybe a darker blue, but make them solid instead of an outline???
