• the black frames are too much and I dont like the design, but thats just a personal preference. Why not just have the text housed in a simple box??? Maybe a darker blue, but make them solid instead of an outline???
• needs simplifying, too much text
• whats the picture all about? The colour of the pic doesn't work well with the site
• the spacing on the bottom left paragraph is awful
