I would have to agree with one of the above comments about your menu system.
However, I think something to try might be adjusting the submenu's alignment by making the grey field align with the main menu, instead of your white border. That way your negative space between menus would be consistent, and your text would align... possibly reducing some of the confusion.
Otherwise nice!

I am also not quite sure why the subhead "A Member of the Salamanns Group" doesn't quite right align with your title copy. Its not really anchored to anything, and looks slightly awkward.
