The dhtml popping menus are somwehat confusing as not each nav item triggers a menu. Moreover, there is not much of a visual indication of which menu belongs to which main nav item (other than the placement of the menu, which to me is not enough). All in all, I find them nav difficult to use and relatively confusing.
Otherwise, love it. It's visually excellent. Great work.
You gotta learn how to do CSS-based design, though :)

Not each nav item triggers a menu because not each nav item needs one. Ergo it would make sense that when you hover a nav and a menu pops-up - then it would be the releveant menu. That seems to be enough for me, and enough for many other users that I've had focus groups/usability testing with in the past.
If I had the time and patience to do the site in xhtml and css I would have done it that way.

Nice BUT... but the alignment looks off in Safari. I checked it against IE where it's flush right. In Safari it's staggered on the right.

one peeve:
the italic part of the logo, it just doesn't flow right... the R and the rest don't go together very well imho.
