might be your CPU?

The runtime on a Mac is so bad it almost makes Flash seem worthlees when your a Mac user.
I'm still wondering if a CPU can effect the way the app itself runs.

I fixed the blur by publishing in Flash 7, but the client wants it in 6 so people don't have to install a new plug-in to see the site. Great :(
Changing to an anti-aliased font (Interstate) instead of using Verdana, hopefully that'll work ok as I have to go live by tomorrow morning.

this coould be just personal, but i find that the INTERFACE on pc is easier.
i suppose i should explain better.
one of the most annoying things any program can do to me is float every window. its why i use adium over ichat or AIM on a mac, and why i used deadaim when i had a pc...to many windows all over the place to deal with.
i hate docked windows thanks to OOP programming. brandon hall got me into the so-called 'minimalist' interface, which has really done wonders for my workflow. still, on pcs flash keeps all the floating windows self-contained within one FLASH window that i can get out of my way. even with expose and the hide window button, the floating windows on a mac just create too much clutter.
there are memory leaks on both platforms. i think it runs a lil smoother on pc, but i imagine sooner or later the systems will get so fast you won't notice regardless.
ok, i'm done ranting. :)
