mmmmmhmmmmm... sure - like i said earlier - CD's are recorded at 44.1 Khz - and the human ear can't hear more than 22 Khz - it's really nice to think that maybe we can actually hear the difference between a 44.1 CD and a 192 DVD - but that is humanly impossible - HOWEVER - other animals such as dogs, cats, bats, etc can hear much higher frequencies - ANYHOW - recording in frequencies above 44.1 will NOT yield better sound to the human ear - especially since speakers only throw around 20 Khz - so once again... i win :)

anyway, the point is, i did have a clue what i was speaking about.
it's unbelievable how often people on here are so quick to attack or make fun of others because they are hiding safely behind their computers.

wouldnt the statements in that article only hold true if one was making a copy of an analog recording? what about digital recording?
