lookin nice, should be easy for content. I noticed one of your masks wasn't quite synced perfectly, but that's just me being nitpicky. Keep up the schmooth work.

I like the site, but in my opinion the transitions between the sections take too long. I like 'em a bit more zippy.

what ar eyou doing to do if you have more than 4 pieces per section.

Made it so that I could update really simply, so as soon as new work gets done, it will go in. Kinda like a miniseries, leave room so people come back.
As for contact info, its on the front page. Perhaps I should make that a section on its own, like normal....
Although I'm debating even putting contact info up on it, since I don't really want random clients. I'd rather dictate who I work for.

i like it.
*thumbs up*

Nice job!
One comments: I didn't realize at first that you have multiple screenshots per mouseover - some people may miss that if their mouse doesn't sit still on the button waiting for the SS to animate.
Maybe if you just have text under those that have multiple images that says "1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc"

Honestly... Get a new style. That abstract 3D style died in 1998. The site is clean and works good and all, but that style...
- nsurgents0
Agreed. the style did die. But I never learned to do it, and I still LIKE it, so I am going to stay on it. Hence the reason it's in the experimental section. The 3d that is in the work sections are because that is what they asked for, and last time I checked design IS a service industry.
- fresnobob0
If you like the style, then great, keep pushing it and taking it further. It would be great to see someone take that specific style to the next level as I personally have not seen, but you could very well do it.
I don't necessarily agree that design is a service industry. I believe that design in its truest for is an art with an agenda for change which is achieved through the communication of the piece. Design is ment to push boundarys and challenge the observers mind. When a piece of graphic design is done for commercial purposes, this can be somewhat restraining, as most, especially clients are afraid of change. And although the designer is paid for a service he is doing for the client, it is the designers responsibility to take the given parameters and break them as much as possible, without sacraficing the intergrity of the piece and loss of the client. All the great movements in graphic design (and life in general) arose because the designers said "fuck the rules" and did the most radical things they could think of. But nough of my ramblings on... What I'm trying to say is that, yes, graphic design is "service industry", but the designer should not do exactly what he/she is told...

nice
... really nice.
Mick had a point about the rollOver --- I'd find some way of letting the user know that there are more images.
but really - very nice.

really nice stuff!
- nsurgents0
Glad that's a bit cleared up. Simply put, I enjoy making abstract 3d crap and would love to get paid to do it. I'll admit I may never take it further, but that doesn't make it less fun. :)
Thanks for comments everyone! Glad people liked it. I will fix the masking problem, thanks for noticing that.
Anyone else with a mac notice some sluggish animations? A couple mac's I've tested (specifically the imacs) seem to play at about 8 frames per second...

if it makes you happy and it doesn't piss off George or God --
... indulge.... don't forget about the rollOver images! I, like Mick didn't know that if you stay on a button - you get more images.
