Sorry about the question
When finished the font design, how to start doing the kerning in FontLab 4.6?

Now that´s an exact question.

Kerning involves balancing the negative space between letters in order to create a uniform "color" to the words themselves (and therefore the lines, paragraphs and page).
Of course, that's only if uniformity is what you're trying to achieve...which for the most part it should be. There are moments though........
Negative space isn't just the space between the letters, but it is also optically created in apertures and what not, like the space in the letter "C"...
There's really too much that can be said about this topic, so I'll stop there.

Oh wait, you seem to be asking about Kerning Tables when creating a font, yes?
In that case, disregard my brief, yet shite, kerning lesson.
And good luck sir!

Anyway, Thanks for help.
