personally i like a Hippo thermal upstairs and downstairs to set me off, then possibly some Aquasctum thornproof twills. socks often in sky blue or lemon. At the mo, i tend to sport Dexter Weatherlite two tone shoes, wingtip or captoe depending on moisture levels. my outerwear is often Glenmuir, and i still quite like to sport le shark polo shirts, these set off a nice lyle&scott fairisle rather well without taking all the plaudits in the clubhouse bar after the round, i'd be quite interested to hear what the rest of you were sporting on fairway! i must say the clothing i've mentioned above is not quite top of the range, but i feel i must dress down a bit slightly, so as not to 'scream' out the fact that i am in the high earners bracket.(£56k). as i don't want to alienate myself from the 'ordinary' guys in the bar(insurance salesman, plasterers, logistics mangers etc.)- i am also the youngest member of the local rotary club!

aquascutum tweed with silk panties, I always keep a silver hipflask of Glenmorangie with me as it keeps my boners under control when I get back to the clubhouse and rub against some ladies of the suburbs.

quality 'threads' like this one, bring out the real mean on NT, bixler, rasko...any more bids?
these are important topics to be discussed at length, not like some of them mickey fuckin mouse threads about muscle colours, chocolate ipods and fonts

Light chainmail knickerbockers, big pair of 'smooth-run' fairway boots (custom made from 2 marks & spencer duvets and a staple gun) 1x pair 'power bracelets', a sports casual cord waistcoat and a flying helmet. Not forgetting the battlecry 'You can't fuck my golf'....

yes, well...i o tend to get the impression some of you were not quite taking my thread of 'threads' seriously there.'chainmail knickerbockers are not for the back nine....anyway, onthat note, i was thinking about the joys of 'carving out birdies'..with my wedge.
i realise that golf is a very expensive pastime for some of you(maybe jamesengage can afford it, i know bixler ca) it's not a drain on me however, merely a small percentage of my considerable expenditure.. maybe some of you already know i earn £56k! maybe you don't, but i frequently hear the whispers in the locker room, you know the other blokes saying-"ooh, here comes mickey carver..have you heard..blah, blah...shhhhhhh"
as i've probably mentioned before, sundays are often spent at the club, chatting on the back nine with all the heads of local business, i ,of course, am a highly respected member of that clique and i am vice-president of the local rotary club! (youngest vice-prez seemingly, beating thomas read-bltyhe, who was president in 1956-1961 by three years) anyway i must stress that i like wearing a similar style of clothing on the golf course as i would at say, the shops, at work, in the porch, in the garden. in the car, in hahaha 'clubland', niteclubs the lot. i am often complimented on my impeccable dress sense, especially but women. not everyone can carry off a lemon intarsia/fairisle with subtler shades of pastel greens and rosé!!
oh, yeah.. i even got my own "personalised' engraved clubs!
it says-for example on the pitching wedge : Mickey Carver-Golfer-"Carving Out The Birdies Since 1981"-and underneath the logo which is the same as my tattoo-56k.....
seeing the pelting business has went tittery-too, i will now can concentrate solely on my golf, as i've been signed off work for 6 weeks now! but again as i said earlier, i will be always be contactable via mobile, mobile fax or to my land line! they say they can manage without me, but i always like to be 'there' in an advisory capacity for my 8 employees!
