Sorry, but I throw it all out there. I do not want to tempt people in thinking this is a creative job. It's pretty boring, cookie-cutter kind of work that my staff just doesn't have time to do.
I think it would be worse to promise something creative and then dump 40 Quark sales sheets on you and then you tell me to take a hike.
I want to let it be down that most of the work is not going to be fun. I'm sorry, but for every ad or interesting job I do, I end up doing 4 boring ass jobs. It's the real world baby!!!
Actually if the print designer does a good job, there will be creative work coming down the pike, but for now, it's pretty boring...
