I'm in Perth on holiday from London at the moment and it does seem like most of the designers i knew here 6 years ago have all gone to Melbourne. Don't know who the best companies are but will make some enquiries. Seem like only the smaller agencies have survived.

Hey Tim, are you in Perth too at the moment? This place is wikked for a holiday! Been down south, got me a good tan, been going crazy with the locals and polishing me ozzie accent... aw yea. I just had coffee with andrew hutchison from design school multimedia, did you study with him?

Andrew Hutchison..I remember him...he was nicknamed 'weiner boy'
I didn't go bakc this xmas..I am still in london..going back for a wedding in May, so decided to can the xmas trip.
It is a great place to holiday..I love going back.

London xmas and new year huh? I love London but not at New Year, can't be arsed with all the ripoff taxis and clubs etc. Give me a nice outdoor beach party any day.

He always did seema hit with the ladeez. One girl in my year was shagging him for a while..she was the one that coined the 'Weiner boy' tage.
With those braces anf his trousers his did have the air of a sausage maskot for a baseball team...if you know what I mean

Odd...I remember Amy from uni.
I bumped into her when I was working at a company in Camden...she was in the office above.

yea amy's one of me bestest friends and a wikked photographer. i think she was doing some assisting in camden at one point?

Yeah, thats it...there was a photogrpaher on the floor above the studio I was in.
It's odd but I tend to run into her about once every 2 years..and geogrpahy is no barrier.
I wouldn;t be suprised if I climbed everest asshe was descending from the peak.

yea i had that with someone from your year - guy buchan? bumped into him in new york, then liverpool st a year or so later, then we both went for the same job 2 years later without knowing it and we found out when we saw each other randomly on the street in Angel...
