OK... Um...
My last day of my job that i quit was on 12/19/03.. and my last paycheck was supposed to be on 12/26... since then i have had 2 more paychecks deposited into my account.. one on 1/2 and the other today... (we used to get paid once a week)... do i stay silent about this and COLLECT... or do i have a responsibility here?
If i get another one next week then... hmmmmm
I like it if i am not legally responsible for THEIR mistake.

if it was direct deposit, close your acct and open a new one. that way they cant yank it out without you first being notified. and if they do notify you, just act like you are bad with money and didnt notice.
