I always thought that just about anybody can do a Flash application, I was really wrong! This actionscript programming takes a lot to master, even more now that we don't have the normal mode on our actions window, everything must be typed manually. I won't be surprised if somebody here charges a lot to do anything Flash, it's just a lot of work.

If you're moderately good at Action Script like me, I totally agree. If you're a real programmer and not primarily an animator/desiger, then you're better off since the written action script forces you into better habits and blah blah blah.
I'm slowly getting used to it.
