don't leave janne! i can totally relate... i've been working in a concrete slab in the middle of corporate atlanta for the past year, i've gotten no sun, i've been sick for the past 2 months off and on, my eyes are constantly blurred from working 11 hr days on a project i could care less about!
...good news: my last day is tomorrow - i quit! :)

you can make the trolls turn into white noise. Just have to ignore them.
maybe moderators or users can list posts as unimportant in version 3, so they get stuffed to the bottom of the list, the obscure troll posts would slowly be weeded out, as no one would bother to read em.
anyways, get sleep, get out enjoy the daytime, sitting at your computer all day everyday is miserable, winter or summer....
call afriend and get a coffee, even if you are still sick with the flu, betcha it makes you feel better.

PS, they have visors with the UV you are missing, they are much cheaper than the lights... and apparently they work wonders.
