Canadian Book printing

Anyone hace any experience with printing ( perfect bind ? ) any sort of books in Canada? - I'm looking to put book together of my comics - http://www.scarybear.org - looking at about 100 pages.. don't want to break the bank though...

I've had positive experiences with two Canadian printers, both of whom deal with perfect binding.
Westcan Printing Group in Winnipeg. They focus more on magazines, comics, and posters, ie Fantagraphics.
Sundog in Calgary is great as well, focusing more on actual books. They have a lot of corporate clients, so big money pours in and they have a great staff and good equipment.
I lean more towards Sundog for quality, but Westcan is a big comic book printer.
