Worse than the original??? I love sci fi, but Battlestar was such mediocrity. Lorne Green was dead years before he died. And Starbuck and the other pilots were such cocky loads. This was when the world was hungover from the euphoria of Star Wars.

Hey..I admit the new BG isn't all that but I'm enjoying it for what its worth. Yah I was pissed about Starbuck and Boomer both being chicks, but oh well what can you do.
If you guys really want to re-live the past then go and buy the 6 DVD set that contains all 24 episodes of the original min-series. it was AWESOME to watch them all again. I listened to them all last week at work and it made the day go by so fast.

haha the old battlestar was shit too. you're just caught up in the nostalgia of it being "the shit" back when we all were kids. I've watched the old episodes recently and i have to say that this new re-make isn't that bad. it's no masterpiece mind you, but i think it's entertaining. i mean c'mon... the sci-fi channel is producing it, what can you expect?
