Florida Teen Charged With Abusing Kittens
http://www.nbc5.com/news/2684828…
Bounce that kid against a car. Bounce him against a backboard, see how he enjoys it.
And I hate the play on words NBC5 pulls with the link to the images "Kittens bounce back from abuse."
It's so nice that they can make a funny bit out of something horrible.

some people are fucked.
i was reading something about a mom who kept her daughter in a dryer for a month.
seperate note, i love my mom.

I have a cat and I'm not sure if you have pets, but to think of someone just having no love and no ability to care for an animal is just beyond me.
I remember when they made laws tougher for animal cruelty-I think it used to not be a felony type of crime.
It needs to be and people need to be punished for those things.

true, but its happened, get over it!

Save
regardless of what other horrors are going on, people have the right to discuss it if they want and you don't need to read or participate.

a majority of serial killers and mass murders have a history of animal abuse as children.
I say, cook the little bastard now and save someone else the pain down the road.

Abusing animals, especially small ones, and playing with the remains of dead animals, are often signs of future serial homicidal behaviour.

my feelings towards people who needlessly kill people and people who needlessly kill animals tend to be generally the same.

Yes, and "getting over it" isn't the answer.
Supporting laws that hold people accountable for crimes against animals after they've been commited, and trying to foster respect and compassion for animals is an answer. While the kid who did this is probably someone whose parents have had some effect on his ability to do that to kittens-there's something seriously wrong with a person who can do something like that to a life-whether it's a person or an animal.

me too toastie, me too.
Good points about what animal abuse can be a prelude to: Jeffrey Dahmer anyone?

save has a point, I mean its crap and if I hadda seen it I would have trown him against a backboard
but the other day outside Liverpool St station there was a woman with a table collecting for animal cruelty...dead animal pictures everywhere...loads of people giving money...
on the other side of the concourse people collecting for NSPCC - nothing, no one stopped.
bemuses me

Recently here in nashvegas someone dropped several dogs from an overhead bypass and all but two died and the survivors were obviously very injured.
It freaks me out to think that I probably walk past people like this all the time not knowing.
