Yeah Im working in a place now and the boss is friend with a girl I went to college with and another guy I used to work with in a different company. One of the creative directors is friends with a guy who's brother was also in my class and he ws also in a class with another designer who works here.

well I already told the director, his company was a load of shit, and at last weeks BIMA's when asked why we didnt win anything, I replied that its because he employs mediocre people.
so yeh, not much more to blaze

im pretty good designer though, regularly win/get shortlisted for awards, before I arrived they hadnt. Make some of our clients a lot of money, Ive won pitches etc....
so I earn my wages, but if they ask me a question I always give an honest answer. No point asking if they dont want the truth.
But I dont go running my mouth off, it only when asked.
