I got into Illustrator for the first time this weekend and worked on a single piece for a a combined total about about 18 hours. Here are a few milestone versions and the final. Tell me what you think.

Nice work so far. Try some varying line weights to the black outlines on the girl.

good start for a weekend's work. dont be afraid to zoom the hell in and detail the hell out of it. it takes a lot to get a vector file size up so dig in there.
