finally got it sorted after floowing a link from macromedia - to hp - and back to macromedia...shocking usability jsut to find the player for a PDA took me 20 mins....
Works pretty good too! Now I just need to resize a little flash thing we did for hp and get it to fit the screen!

I have the xda had it over a year now... good phone... processor not brilliant for flash though... not moving stuff anyway
