well its not bad , but i think its too much orange ... maybe add some white to balance it out , on the good side : the proposal and investor header picture are pretty cool

i don't like to have to rollover the images to navigate. my senile mind doesn't remember which was where and how to get there. and yes. too much orange. through another color in there. it would be a nice highlight. otherwise, good looking site.

Hmmm, it looks very dated.
Your portfolio section isn't very interesting, i do't think you should make the user discover the links. I hate "rollover the pictures to find out", why should i? just write it down. Too much orange, all the sections look the same. I think your graphics are too big, it's slow on my T1.
Basically, i don't think it's very good. Sorry mate but that's what i think. Your text layouts are dull and the content has not impact.
Get rid of the "weather in Toronto" bit, you might as well have a counter, looks cheap and crap.

well it doesn't validate. Consider adding some contrasting color. The header graphic is tight. Really like it. if you had the background gradiate to a white page. The text areas would be more comfortable and might add the contrast the page needs. orange to white at the bottom.
I'll echo the other comments about the navigation.
Also, for the love of god optimize those images in PS.
My 2cents is; its a good start.
